Consequently, the website itself does not retain the data. The data only exists in: (i) the email drafted and sent by the user, and (ii) the recipient inbox of Guicor Advisory (Gmail / Google servers).
3.3 Purpose of Collection
The sole purpose of collecting this data is to process and respond to user inquiries. Data is not used for marketing purposes and is not shared with third parties.
3.4 Data Retention
Messages are stored in the Gmail inbox for the time necessary to manage correspondence and comply with applicable legal obligations.
